User Generated Data is data submitted by the user in the course of using the app, which is determined and controlled by the User, which includes:

Sex of the user

Additional User Generated Data by Patient as an end user -
Your voluntary, self-reported answers to questions, activities and scenarios posed by the APP
Additional User Generated Data by Doctor as an end user -
Clinic Information (including Name, contact information of the practice(s)
Your voluntary, self-reported clinical plans and tasks
Your voluntary, self-reported videos for publishing on Livway YouTube channel
Your voluntary, self-reported content including your photos, any content, voice sample converted into AI generated Videos by Livway
How will my personal data be used?
These types of data will help us to:
Provide the Livway APP
Develop new and improved content
Improve the app so it is easier to use and can better meet your needs
Provide customer service, like solving problems and responding to your requests
Who may receive my personal data?
Any information we may share with third parties will be aggregated at a population level and will never concern any one particular individual.
Livway may also use approved subcontractors to process your personal data and assist with administering the APP.
Your data will be accessed by your healthcare team through Livway APP who can use it to manage patients, facilitate clinical activities for their patient.
Will my personal data be transferred to other countries?
Livway is an Indian company, but all personal information is stored in a secure cloud storage service using industry best-practice technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing of personal data and accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data. Additional best practices such as carefully managed access to root passwords and secure shell (SSH) keys are used to ensure that all appropriate measures are taken to provide data security.
How long will you keep my personal data?
Your personal data will only be kept for as long as we reasonably consider necessary for achieving the purposes set out above, or for as long as we are legally required to keep it.
How does Livway secure my personal data?
We take your privacy very seriously and employ administrative, physical and electronic measures to safeguard your information from identity theft and unauthorized access. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems.
